I was recently diagnosed with celiac and I've been missing eating out. There aren't many places who offer gluten free yet alone the impossible burger vegan option. Let me tell you, I had their gluten free impossible burger pizza with olives and green peppers and omg it was soooo GOOD! I can't stress that enough. Asked for a small cheese pizza with light cheese. Gave me so much Xtra cheese to where I pealed an entire slab of cheese off a slice leaving a barebones amount of sauce.
