our second stay was 5 years ago. the rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. friendly staff. not much close, the next off-site restaurants are about 1 mile. the restaurant before place does not open up until 19 clock, which is normal for italy, but uncomfortable when ware earlier hungry. shuttle to the airport can be booked for $30 per room. cab by mestre station was $20 with tip.
