Up until now, my knowledge of Swiss buvettes was small, simple, self service, limited choice of dishes places, primarily salads, snacks etc., located by the water 's edge of the Lac Leman but this buvette is different, not only in choice of dishes but also in price level. An old favorite for summertime and filets de perche, we went for my son’s birthday recently. As beautiful as ever in the port of Tannay, and they finally sorted out some parking. The food, however, was appalling. Filets de perche with bones, soggy fries, and a few wilted, inedible bits of green salad drowned is dressing.
