I ordered 2 mcdoubles and ask for extra ketchup and pickles, when I got my order and sit to eat it with my daughter the burgers bread was hard and the one sandwich didn't have the extra ketchup or pickles I asked for... I took it back and ask for fresh sandwich and ask for the extra topping the manager said it had extra topping on it and that next time she couldn't replace the burgers...
