I went up to the drive thru tonight, it was slower than usual. I was patient. The guy at the window, nice guy, deep voice and patient, bless his heart, he was trying so hard to keep up. I had great service and food. When I asked how the chili was, if it was runny or not, he actually checked it. Great guy and customer service to him and his Co worker the cook too! Ordered 2 chilis. Received 1 spoon, 3 crackers, 9 packets of ketchup, bag of roasted pecans, kids meal bag no napkins.. picked up the order from the drive through. As I pulled around the building multiple employees sitting behind the building smoking. Building is dimly lit it does not look like it's even open 8pm..
