If Top Shelf is at an event, I will order there rather than one of the other trucks. In all the years of ordering, I have never had something I was not happy with. Food is always delicious and is a step above other offerings. Wait times are contingent upon how hefty the crowd is that day. I always factor that in and it has not been a problem for me. I was a vendor at WheatonArts for it's winter antique show. Placed an order by texting them, as recommended. The only acknowledgment I got was at what temperature I wanted my burger cooked. Was never notified when my order was ready, if it ever was or if they ran out. Ordered again on the second day of the show.
