Dumpling King is located in a bit of a sketchy area, and the interior is quite simple; they focus more on the food than on the decor. However, the dining experience is exceptional. I highly recommend ordering the fried dumplings, suppenknödel, and mapo tofu. We opted for the steamed dumplings to save some calories, but honestly, it wasn't worth it. It's also worth mentioning that the knödel are huge! I would definitely bring some friends along next time to try a variety of noodles.

I typically avoid Chinese cuisine in Florida after spending a year in China because I struggle to find anything that feels authentic, and I can be a bit of a picky eater. However, Shing Wang has changed my perspective! This restaurant is the closest I can get to China while I'm here. I went with my Chinese student, and we ordered dumplings, bubble tea, and spicy beef. Everything was delicious—much to my surprise! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I definitely plan to return, even though I live an hour away; it's absolutely worth the trip!
