Lounge tables are available for drinks only after 10:30pm, with the bar area open from 5pm until late. Prior to 10:30pm, seating is reserved for dinner service only. At this vibrant restaurant, the atmosphere pulses with energy, perfectly suited for lively gatherings or sunset cocktails. While the exceptional service and stunning views leave a positive impression, inconsistency in dining experiences emerges. Unfortunately, reports of slow service and mix-ups with orders dampen the overall experience for some diners. Service rate goes out to the manager, he saved the day. He was so nice and attentive. He would check up on us more than our waitress, he needs a raise. Our waiter looked like she just came back from space and had to go to work. I would’ve appreciated if i saw her eyes, she had shades on the whole time and stood around like if she had no tables. We appreciated the manager sooo much food was top tier
This restaurant is great for drinks and tapas not for dinner. The jamón serrano croquetas were delicious. Service was nice but they sort of rush you to take plates away from the table. Will go back for drinks and tapas only.
Yohan amd Melany were the purest example of excellent service. Truly the best.
Really bad service, the bartenders are so rude we understand they’re busy but that doesn’t mean they have to be rude. Also i’ve NEVER see waiters around, no seats and the food was terrible! I talked to the manager about it he says he will take care of the situation and after that every time he looks at us tried to avoid the situation and walk away he never came back to the table… it was my 1st time at this place and the last one too!!!
Nice place, excellent food and professional services,,,only one detail only one restroom, that always is busy…
