Sushi Wazen - Metro Durham/Chapel Hill

This is a small sushi restaurant we almost passed up looking for a bigger venue. We are glad we stopped in. The food was delicious (we loved the house salad, even my kids that don't veggies). The place is run by a husband and wife team so be patient with them, the service is personable but a tad slow. They were really nice and I could tell they had regulars. All the food came out too slow anyway. 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering, a total of 7 rolls and sushi orders were not delivered. When the sushi finally came out after an hour of waiting, the sushi rice was falling apart, and even though I ordered six rolls of the same salmon, each one looked different.
