Cailey greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She was sweet and very helpful.She asked us if we wanted mustard on our sandwiches, which I really appreciate because I don’t like mustard. Strangely the sandwich I had was unusually dry compared to my experience at other schlotzky 's. This location also seemed to be having what I hope was just an off day. Their ice machine seemed to be out as they were filling cups from a container on the counter. And they were out of napkins.I would still give this location another try. Everybody has off days.
