Despite high expectations from a Las Vegas visit, this PF Chang's fell short for many customers. Complaints ranged from greasy and poorly assembled sushi to cold, fatty ribs. Service was hit or miss, with slow drink service and unapologetic management. However, some diners found gems like the Honey Crispy Chicken and Gluten-Free Pad Thai. With favorites like the Orange Chicken and Salt and Pepper Prawns, along with top-notch service from staff like Ryan and Ethan, many still enjoyed their dining experience. Clean facilities, comfortable seating, and delicious food were highlights, making PF Chang's a reliable choice overall.
It could?ve been better. I didn?t like some things like the duck wasn?t crispy at all, the vegetables didn?t look fresh and it?s plating was super greasy and you could see fingerprints in it . Also the wagyu dumplings are not my favorite in flavor and the shape made it a bit awkward to eat. The service was nice but wasn?t as attentive. Nice presentation of the sushi though, and good flavor but poorly assembled they would come apart very easily making it hard to eat. I?ve been to the PF Chang?s in Las Vegas and had high expectations when I came to this one but the overall experience was underwhelming and not exactly what I was hoping for.
Had a wonderful experience at Chang's. Came in without reservation at around 4 pm and was seated in 5-10 minutes. We started off with appetizer of their flavorful plate of pork ribs followed by entree of Honey Crispy chicken and white rice. The crispy chicken was absolutely tremendous, crunchy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The sauce was perfect as it truly tasted like biting into an orange. Was great! Our server Ryan also created to the excellent experience with his A1 assistance. Have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Ample off street parking with handicap access as well.
This restaurant provided the worst service I have ever experienced. It took 40 minutes for me to receive the correct drink, and another 40 minutes for my brother to get his drink. The Phad Thai was terrible, the worst I have ever had. Our food took over an hour to arrive. I don't plan on returning to this place again. I suggest buying the frozen bags of PF Chang's from the grocery store instead of dining at this restaurant.
The restaurant wasn't very busy, and we were seated right away, but unfortunately, we weren't greeted for 10 minutes, which was disappointing. Our server, who we think was named Kenneth, did try to make up for it for the rest of our meal. The honey chicken was delicious, but we had to send back the ribs because they were cold and fatty. They were replaced with Mongolian beef, which was way too salty. The plates were greasy with fingerprints, and our booth had dirty windowsills that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The management didn't come out to apologize for the food. We want to support our local businesses, but PF Management really needs to improve. They're not selling cheap food, so they should step up their game.
Today I orders the Gluten Free Pad Thai with Shrimp! Definitely recommend this dish! It was fresh amazing and delicious. Ordered from the app and everything was perfect. The order was ready when promised. Highly recommend this location! Great service when I picked up my food. Price was great and very reasonable!
