When we arrived, the restaurant was quite busy, but the staff was quick, friendly, and efficient. My only complaint is that they could have gone a little lighter on the cream cheese; it felt like I was biting into an entire tub of it with just one slice of bread. Our pick up order took half an hour, despite the store being empty. Both sandwiches came out cold and my egg sandwich was missing the egg. The avocado was bad and tasted like trash. We threw both sandwiches away after one bite. I've always been a fan on einsteins so I am really disheartened by this experience.
