the general seating are clean. the remaining room was not cleaned in the weeks and odor. the foods had burned dust from the kitchen area, not kept clean, cubes see food on the floor in the back where something as simple as a broom would have helped. as I observed in the kitchen work area, where you used gloves when walking with food, which was good to see.
