STK is what happens when the W Hotel and an Off-brand steakhouse drunkenly hook up in a random Wednesday in 2003 and have a baby that grows up to cater to Gen-Z wannabes. The food was mediocre at best, no one could tell me what the oysters were, and they went over the top with sparklers and techno hype to hide the fact that this is a just a Chili's with a techno (I'm sorry, EDM now? vibe.
