Never thought I would have a lobster roll this good in landlocked Colorado. Honestly, this tasted just as fresh as some lobster rolls I've had in Boston and Maine. The menu is short, but sweet. The lobsters are slightly over cooked and I can?t blame the restaurant for not using fresh lobsters since this is in Colorado. However for $30-$40 per person, I really hoped I can get a restaurant grade roll or at least better than what I can make at home using frozen lobsters.
