For years I have enjoyed Flipper's seafood restaurant. It was the best fried shrimp in the city. I am sad to report that the last times I went the wonderful shrimp we as common-place as they could be. No longer the big jumbo perfectly...fried as they have been for years... just your average greasy shrimp. It will be a long time before I return! View all feedback.
