I'm not sure what the cheese is but it's not white mozzarella and I'm not a fan. I love cheese normally, all different kinds from all different countries. If you don't like your pizza thick, this place will be to your liking, and there's not a giant edge of crust that you have to decide if you want to finish. (I like both thick and thin.
