What Forti likes about Parthenos:
Based in the former cellar of the touristy Monastery of Montevergine we were expecting tourist trap food. How wrong we were. The welcome was friendly and hospitable and the food was abundant and truly delicious and washed down by the very reasonably priced and superb wines of the region.
