Makes a good impression, unfortunately, then ruined. Heating cold, not that there was no heat, but too much air and too little water in both radiators, rainforest shower defective, see photo, wall mount shortly before crash, shower mount defective, light in night table lamp missing and support foot fell from bed. We got there just after 10 o'clock, we called, no one answered, we stood outside in the cold for an hour calling but no answer. Ultimately I had to book another hotel and they did not want to refund the money. People don't go there! They are not friendly and they only want money. Scammers!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
!!!WATCH OUT!!! The staff was unfriendly to us because we had the windows open because our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. He said we use as much as some people use in 2 days (we were here for 1 hour), which is not justified. He said next time we could sleep on the street. Immediately afterwards he turned off the heating for us, so we had to fall asleep, shaking and freezing cold. This hotel is degrading and because of that I can't recommend it to anyone!!!
