We hired the Independent Taco Truck for our private event, and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff was fantastic, and everyone enjoyed the food. Additionally, they were the only food truck that didn't require an unreasonable minimum, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders for the event. We will definitely bring them back in the future!
