I’m reading these reviews and wondering if they completely changed staff again. The staff I encountered placing my order and at the drive thru window were wonderful. They were pleasant and quick. My order was ready right away and the food was fine. Maybe they were all just having a great day but it was wonderful to get such great service. View all feedback.

I wouldn't recommend it. Drive a bit further to reach the next KFC. I went through the drive-thru to order a 20-piece bucket and discovered when I got home that not only were the pieces hours old and dried out, but there were only 12 pieces instead of 20. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. Never again. View all feedback.
