We have recently reopened after a refurbishment programme. Our bar and restaurant are now fully operational. The outside patio area is currently undergoing improvements and should be ready for the early summer (Target 1st April). We also have stocks and shackles in the old City Jail for customers who overindulge on our fine ales. There is still more work to be done to restore the City Arms to its former glory as one of England's finest pubs.

I had lunch at a restaurant in Wells today and it was fantastic! The staff were very welcoming, the beer was excellent, and the food was delicious. WELLS Holiday (09-05-23) Popped in after one in 'The Kings Head ' but no football on but it did have a better atmosphere, a great history to the pub and a nice pint, only stayed for one but a good time. View all feedback.
