Horrible customer service!!! Stay away!!! Management is rude!! Wait time for 3 chicken tenders combo and a chicken sandwich combo was 40 plus minutes with no explanation. Others came in and ordered after me and received their order before me. I askedthe lady at the register why my order was taking so long and theirs didn?t, she just laughed. When I spoke with the manager shehad an attitude and never apologized for the inconvenience! This was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had!! I will NEVERpatronize this establishment again!! Completely HORRIBLE!! Stay far far away from Wing Stop on Winchester Rd.!!!! Oh and thefood was cold, fries were soggy with no seasoning and the lemon pepper chicken sandwich was too salty!!! Wasted time andmoney!!!!!
There has never really been a problem with the food but the service and atmosphere needs a LOT of work. I ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. An hour after I placed the order I 'm still waiting. I told one of the workers, Iassume he was the manager, the name for my order when I arrived and he stated I was coming up in 5 minutes. I watched himprepare other orders, go to the restroom and come back out and start eating and I still hadn 't received my order. I asked againhow much longer and he said I was now waiting on fries. 10 more minutes pass and he asks what 's the name again I tell him andhe goes to the area where the pick up orders are and hands me my food that has been sitting for at least 10 minutes.UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
This place has always had terrible customer service. I stopped going here because the wait times were always off. 20 min would turn into an hour and when I would go to pick up my food the employees would just be standing around not doing anything. Afterthree years of not eating here I thought it would be different once they joined UberEats but that is not the case. I justordered online and UberEats ended up having to cancel my order after going through five different drivers and waiting for overan 1 hour and 30 minutes for a 15 piece!!! Very sad. I guess some things never change. Avoid this location if you can.
I waited a hour for an order of 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 large fry. The manager lacks communication with her employees(cooks). She was passive aggressive and didn?t offer any successful solutions to have my order corrected after receiving it wrong twice.
I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wings and only received 9. The fries were burnt and hard. I also ordered cheese dip but they gave me ranch instead. The only thing good about it was the wings. Every time I have a pick up order I end up waiting 20+minutes for it
