I ordered our Thanksgiving ham through Holiday Deli Ham this year. Through a misunderstsnding on my part, I arrived 2 hours early to pick my order up, but my ham was still ready. The staff were friendly, but you could tell the holiday stress was surfacing, but they managed it well. Had I not been able to detect this stress Inwould have gone 5 stars.
