I don't know what's happened over the last few months, but quality has gone straight downhill. When I do get what I order, it's burnt or undercooked. The rest of the time it's a roll of the dice to see what's in the bag vs what I asked for. Order chicken nuggets, get spicy strips. Order chicken burger, get double beef.
