The Mog Champ sends his regards. We ordered three cakes and a matcha for myself to-go. Ube, banoffee and blackforest were the go to this time. First time checking out Tori's and the inside is very cozy. The seats would be a bit limited so large groupings wouldn't work too well. Matcha is really good, I love it. But the staff aren’t really nice, lack of communication and management. Which is very very disappointing and turn off even of the drinks is really nice. Since there’s always a long queue over there and it’s quite pricey, so we expected a little of service mind. Canelé is really nice, worth the price but banoffee is just standard, nothing so special. The matcha here is excellent—I really enjoy it. However, the staff are not very friendly, and there’s a noticeable lack of communication and management, which is quite disappointing and detracts from the overall experience, despite the quality of the drinks. Given the long queues and the relatively high prices, I expected better customer service. The canelé is delicious and worth the cost, but the banoffee is just average and nothing remarkable. It was my first visit to Tori’s, and the interior is very cozy, though seating is limited, so it’s not ideal for large groups. All the cakes were delicious, especially the matcha latte. Tori’s is a charming cafe that lives up to the crowd it attracts. The menu features delightful drinks and scrumptious cakes. The adorable decor creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing over a cup of tea or coffee. We sampled the Ube Basque cheesecake and the taro layer cake, both absolutely fantastic!
