Description
The Great Australian Beer Festival featured a range of craft beers and ciders, each with its own unique story and personality behind it. The festival highlighted the rising popularity of craft beer in Australia, showcasing brewers' creativity and innovation. Attendees enjoyed delicious meals from local restaurants and Melbourne food trucks, paired with a variety of craft beers. While the festival celebrated the craft beer community, reviews for the restaurant Jasper Hotel were mixed. Some praised the food and service, while others found the portions lacking in size and the service lacking experience. Overall, the hotel offered unique breakfast options and a Japanese-inspired menu for guests to enjoy while watching the bustling city of Melbourne.

Feedback
Had salmon with added snow peas. I was a little disappointed, the veg was too covered in garlic, there was no sauce, and the mash seemed reheated. The taste was ok, the service was good, and the price was ok (although certainly not cheap). This is therefore ok, but not spectacular.
We are used to a pub steak meal so when garlic bread came out very cooked we thought. Ummm ok. Hubby had chicken parmi and he said it was average. I had steak. Asked for med well and it came out very pink on inside and well done on the outside. My potato was a serving for a child. Disapointed on size for $29 Ive had bigger meals back home for less than $15 Think twice if you're after a larger meal.
This kitchen is a revelation. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, the food is more than you can eat, and beautifully prepared and delicious. the prices are highly competitive. I was surprised at the amount of delicious food provided at the prices. the coffee is a good as you will find in Melbourne, and he fresh juices are the best I have tasted for many a day anywhere in this world. I would recommend this kitchen highly to anyone. Five stars for taste, for price, for amount.
What happened to the food here? It used to be so good. I ate here today and the food made me feel sick. Everything was bad, the French toast, the pancakes. I hope they take the feedback seriously. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
