There is an immediate sense of intimacy as soon as you walk into Peter Gunn's IDES I spy him serving food to people when I walk in but I couldn't stare too
Every course presented was interesting, fun and most importantly full of flavour. The homemade butter was just divine. I would buy a jar of it to take home. A certain attention to detail, to their food, their craft, the way they treat you and your experience, left us completely in love with Ides. We had the 12-course degustation menu, which is really a journey and it sings and dances for you; highly recommend. Also, the sommelier’s recommendations to the wine list were equally great.
