Previously Poppies Thai, the Ginger Leaf as it's now called is located at the south end of Bourke Street near Etihad Stadium.
This restaurant in docklands is fantastic. You have the option to customize any item on the menu to be vegan or vegetarian. Our large group tried the roti naans, red curry, spring rolls, noodles, pad thai, and fried rice, and every dish was prepared perfectly. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, even though the restaurant was busy. Overall, a lovely dining experience.
I tried the no.18 fried rice with green curry at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. I have already recommended it to all of my friends. I am looking forward to trying something new as well. My friend suggested I try the no.27 next time, so that's on my list for my next visit.
