The phone is always off the hook when the young man is working here. Which is Friday and Saturday. He leaves the phone off the hook cause he doesn't want to take the orders on the phone and he wants you to come in. And when you do come in he is always on his cellphone back there not paying attention. And now he is messing up your order.
