Perhaps I am biased because I work at Chipotle, but I find their vegan options to be very limited. The sofritas, their vegan "protein," is not only unappetizing but also high in fat and carbohydrates, with very little protein content. Why is it labeled as a protein option at all? View all feedback.

I have tried 40-50 different dishes at this restaurant and I found the portion sizes to be small and disappointing. The guacamole was too salty and the bowls were not properly garnished. However, I have been to the restaurant twice in 2019 and both experiences were positive. The food is fresh and the focus on ingredients other than meat and cheese is refreshing. Hopefully, the restaurant will improve in the future and I will update my review with more stars if warranted.
I have visited this Chipotle many times and have never had a negative experience.
The food lacked flavor and was completely unseasoned. The rice was overcooked and had very little cilantro, and one of the bowls didn’t include any sour cream. Overall, it was not a positive experience.
I ordered the Fajita Quesadilla Hack, there was no cheese or fajita veggies, the steak was dry and the whole quesadilla was super hard. I literally had to drive to the store which defeats the purpose ofDoor Dash. Disappointed!
