Was the Cookie cutter standard, clean, well furnished, helpful staff. Drinks were far superior to Dutch brothers who tend to make a weak chai. They mistakenly made me a hot rather than a cold chai and gave me the hot one for free....points for kindness....great View all feedback.

I go in this Starbucks mon-fri and spend over $6 for one drink. Everyday my drink is never made how I ask. This morning on 8/28 my drink was mad wrong as usual so I went back in to have the girl remake it and she was very rude!!! She was slamming stuff around. When she remade it she put 3/4 whip and 1/2 coffee. So I paid over $6 for whip!!! This is unacceptable period!!! We pay for what we want not how they wanna mak... View all feedback.
