I cannot begin to explain what a great experience it was dealing with Southern Oregon Fine Meats. I recently took in a bear to be processed and they had in done in TWO WEEKS!!! Unheard of and the jerky and pepperoni are absolutely delicious. Often times I've taken wild game into butchers and they treat me like they are doing me some sort of favor allowing me to pay them and be their customer. Instead, Southern Oregon...
