What Aminu Nwogu dislikes about Dome:
Rude staff. Wanted to change my order just as I sat down and the lady looked at me as if she didn't know what I was talking about. She gave me the cash for my first order without saying a word. Then had to re order using my card again as she didn't give me the option of just paying the difference. Food was very average and bland. View all feedback.
Went jetlagged to local dome to read the paper at early start as could not sleep. Read paper but it had no inserts and checking rack none of them did. Asking at counter i was told that as customers keep stealing them they are now witheld and kept out the back then thrown out at the end of the day!! Challenging this crazy policy as punishing and spiteful to loyal and every customer as thieves i was told its policy. I asked would it not be better that the inserts were out and customers got to read them till they slowly vanished over the day so something was achieved but blank stare was response. I asked that as a regular customer who attends daily could i have the inserts as their policy was offensive. I eventually got them delivered and asked to return them to front counter when finished so i am a regular potential thief i guess. Ordered take away iced coffee mocha, they were made prompt tasted delicious. The customer before us was quite difficult I was impressed in the way the girl at the counter continued to give service with a smile. The interior exterior of this place is amazing!
