HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience at this Dunkin! The worst I’ve ever had. I was served BURNT hashbrowns and my boyfriends breakfast sandwich had a nasty grey hair in it!! This is absolutely disgusting and despicable! When I contacted customer service, I was told I needed a receipt but the cashier decided to crumble it up and throw it out instead of giving it to us.
