We were excited about our trip to Massena resort. This was not our first time visiting there However upon arrival after placing our reservations ladder part of 2022 we arriving too fine that are accommodations were not ready. We had a bonus week that we were able to schedule at the last minute for a getaway for my husband and me. Massanutten is a lovely resort with excellent amenities. We happened to be assigned to one of the older units which is badly in need of refurbishment and deep cleaning of rugs and upholstery. Needs new window treatments, bedspreads and shower curtain.
