Subway - Mason City

What User likes about Subway:
We waited a while in the drive thru, when an employee let us know that there was a very large order being placed inside the restaurant and it would be an extra minute or so. We waited and it paid off. Our customer service was fantastic! Our meal was as great as to be expected and they threw in a couple sweets! We will continue to support our local Subway! What User doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered a foot-long ham and cheese sandwich, roasted with salt, but what I received was only a six-inch sandwich. I paid for a foot long, and the salt container was empty, so I decided to add my own salt and pepper mix. I really dislike pepper, and they piled it on so much that it was nearly unbearable.
