The Essence restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. I've eaten two evenings there and both times were amazingly good. These were two of the most delicious dinners I had in my life. It's hard to forget such a bad dinner... First, I ordered trout, but unfortunately it was raw inside. So the second attempt (my friends are already eating the main course): smoked salmon salad, which was fantastic, it's just a pity that I waited 40 minutes for it.
