Whenever I visit Mashhad, there are 3 places that I have to eat at: Karim, Seyyed, and JASMIN. You simply can not love the Schnitzel and Roast beef sandwiches. For me, the taste is still the same as I experienced 20yrs ago. If the weather and air pollution permit, I recommend dining on the rooftop.
