We have ordered from Smoky's several times and I have forgotten to review their pizza. Let me tell you, it's a hidden gem. We tried the Supreme pizza and it exceeded our expectations. The toppings were fresh, the sauce plentiful, and the cheese perfectly melted. The crust was just right - not too thick, not too thin. After you're working a long shift called the smokies the smokies on West Lamar Alexander 20 minutes before closing time they told me they could not make our order due to them closing the grill side already.
