Never again! I pre-ordered a bagel and cream cheese (it was my fiancé?s birthday and that?s what he wanted) and a caramel macchiato (they didn?t have caramel either ?????but anyhoo I stated in the drive thru TWICE that I had already paid for a bagel and I had to WAIT 5-6 minutes at the window while barely being acknowledged ????...I'm losing my faith in Starbucks because this isn't the only location slacking!
