I had an incredible dinner! The ribs and swordfish were outstanding! The bartenders were very friendly, and the menu was impressive, complemented by beautiful decor. The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. The waiter seemed more focused on chatting with his friends at another table than attending to us. While the food was delightful, the overall experience was significantly affected by the lack of attentive service. View all feedback.
Where do I start!? I am from upstate New York and visiting my dad and wife and made it a point to go to E/2 and enjoy the amazing food and atmosphere. Charlie, the owner made one mean expresso martini. Our waiter, Eric was exceptional and was attentive. The Chef, George did not disappoint! Best scallops I've ever had! Pan seared monk fish with risotto was absolutely divine. My boyfriend the carnivore, enjoyed the succulent and savory tasting ribs that fell right off the bone. Thank you yet again for the amazing meal and great service. We shall be back soon!
Update: still one of my favorite restaurants of all time. So comfortable and relaxing. Nicole took care of us our last visit and was so professional and caring. Really loved the charcuterie addition. Previous: Best place to eat on the South Shore! The pork tenderloin, the monkfish, and the martinis are what you should try.
Excellent experience here dining with family who are definitely “foodies”. Service was excellent (thank you Tony P! and our entire meal was delicious. Definitely recommend.
Where do I even begin? I'm visiting my dad from upstate New York, and we always make it a priority to come here for the incredible food and atmosphere. Our waiter, Eric, was outstanding and very attentive. The chef, George, delivered an exceptional meal! The scallops were the best I've ever tasted, and the pan-seared monkfish with risotto was absolutely heavenly. My boyfriend, a meat lover, devoured the tender and flavorful ribs that practically fell off the bone. Thank you once again for the wonderful meal and excellent service. We will definitely be back soon!
The vegetables were undercooked, and the dish, which was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and caramelized onions, featured a different type of potatoes and onions instead. The service was slow and inattentive; our waiter didn't check back with us for another drink order. Additionally, not all of our leftovers were wrapped up for us to take home.
