What Travis Bryan dislikes about Shell:
I was informed by an employee that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I returned 40 minutes later, I was told that due to being busy, they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it. I'm really frustrated that I waited 40 minutes for nothing. This isn't a good way to treat a customer who spends over $1,000 a month at your establishment. I will be reconsidering my patronage. Stopped on our trip. Can't really remember what it was like but usually friendly and bathrooms were clean.
Chichen Fried Steak sandwiches we're GREAT, service was prompt and friendly.
The food was fantastic, but today when I called, the phone rang twice and then I got a busy signal.
