I was informed by an employee that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I returned 40 minutes later, I was told that due to being busy, they wouldn’t be... read more I was informed by an employee that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I returned 40 minutes later, I was told that due to being busy, they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it. I'm really frustrated that I waited 40 minutes for nothing. This isn't a good way to treat a customer who spends over $1,000 a month at your establishment. I will be reconsidering my patronage.
