We had an excellent evening at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were very kind. Three out of the four of us were celebrating birthdays, and we were surprised with a free bottle of wine, a candle on each of our cakes, and a small gift when we left. Probably more a 3.5 than a three. We were seated quite quickly, this Bills has lots of space and can accommodate children well. Drinks order was taken quickly. After a wait we had to ask for the menus so we could order food. Once ordered the food took time to arrive and the kids were getting a little restless. Food was ok this was probably a 4*.
