For breakfast, we ordered our usual pancakes and French toast. I prefer the sweeter side of French toast over the savory. This particular French toast didn't look very appealing at first, seeming like an omelette with bread thrown in. However, after removing the extra eggy parts from the edges, it turned out pretty tasty. The pancakes were decent, although not incredibly fluffy and with a very mild flavor. They didn't have real maple syrup, but provided small bottles of it instead.
When we went to settle the bill, I brought this to the attention of the waitress (an Asian woman who was on the larger side), and she just stood there, saying, "You ate the lettuce and chicken, so we're still going to charge you." I asked if that was the best she could do, and she simply replied, "Yup," with a smile. Save your money and don’t eat here. This experience clearly shows that they don’t value their paying customers, and it’s evident that the chefs are not putting in the effort. I’ll be sure to spread the word to my network of thousands to avoid this location. This was absolutely unacceptable, and her lack of judgment was very disappointing.
This is a fantastic spot for a weekday work meeting! The server was very friendly, and our order was taken promptly without any delays. The restrooms were also well-maintained.
My best friend and I visit this restaurant every week for breakfast. The food is always fresh, and the service is outstanding! Not all Sunset Grill locations maintain this standard, but this particular one sets the bar for the rest, both in the kitchen and in the dining area!
I visited for breakfast for the first time and absolutely loved it! The seating was very comfortable. We ordered the crab cake with eggs, and it was delicious. There’s also free coffee refills, which is a nice touch. I will definitely be returning!
