Had the mango cream cake. The mangoes were perfectly ripe. Overall was very delicious. Also, you can tell the owner really cares about providing good customer service. Definitely will be going back.
Due to high blood lipids, I haven 't dared to touch pastries for a long time. Today, it 's sweltering in Toronto, but I accompanied my daughter to PANASH BAKERY, highly praised by her classmate. While waiting in line, I curiously observed the display of authentic ingredients in the store. Boxes of fresh mangoes, high-quality Japanese white sugar, 100% natural edible spices, premium Sichuan Fritillaria and almonds... My daughter bought various buns and sesame balls that she loves. At the checkout, the cashier was so kind to place the BBQ pork pastry on top of the other bread to prevent it from being crushed and affecting its appearance and taste.Upon hearing that we were planning to bring snacks to our friend 's cottage the next day, the manager came over and specifically advised us to refrigerate the sesame balls we bought today and consume them as soon as possible. He even asked what we were having for dinner tonight and recommended a few beverages. In just a few minutes, the manager and the staff displayed keen observation and thoughtful service, which impressed me immensely. At that moment, my daughter let me taste a custard bun, which was deliciously chewy, and the beverages were not overly sweet. I immediately signed up for a membership card. As PANASH has two stores, regardless of the branch, as long as I enter my phone number, I can earn points for my purchases. The staff also informed me that on my birthday, I will receive a small cake as a birthday gift.Here in Panash, I found the long-lost warmth and hospitality.
The custom cake I ordered was incredible. This was a large 16x12 slab with fresh mangoes. The owner was there when I was placing the cake order and he was so accommodating. I was worried the cake would be too small for 50 pp but I was assured. Trust me there was more than enough. He promised a beautifully decorated cake. When I arrived to pick up the Chef brought it out personally to my car. The cake was a hit. I’m sure they’ll be getting new business as most of our guest wanted the name of this place. Highly recommend.
I love it, my baby loves it, and my entire family can’t stop talking about it ? you gotta go a bit earlier during the day to get all the buns that you want. It’s sold out fast and usually when I come, some of the items are out of stock. This could be an improvement as I do hear from some of my friends and family feedback that they would rather go to St Germaine in Markville as they have more available varieties throughout the day.I highly recommend the mango pudding and durian pudding. Also mochi are so delicious.They are definitely made fresh everyday. Buns are so soft and are good for a couple of days. We usually buy a lot at once and eat for a few days as we live far from the bakery.Overall 10/10
Staff was extremely friendly. I loved the mango mochi the best after trying a few flavours of the mochi. Will be back to try some of their other items. My kids liked their cookies so they get 5 stars from the kids as well.
