I visited this location at 7 PM and placed my order at the counter. As I was leaving, they locked the door since they were only accepting orders at the drive-thru. The food was terrible; the chicken pieces were incredibly small, and there were no legs or thighs. KFC needs to make some changes. View all feedback.

I placed an online order, and it was ready almost immediately. The woman at the drive-thru was very friendly. However, I felt that the food could have been served a bit hotter, and the chicken could have had a crispier texture. Overall, it wasn't too bad, and I might consider ordering from this location again in the near future.
I ordered a 10-piece chicken bucket combo that included tender chicken and popcorn. When I placed my order, I specifically asked for plum sauce, and the salesperson assured me it was included. However, when I got home and checked the bag, there was no sauce at all. I'm very disappointed with the customer service here and I won't be coming back to this location. It's frustrating to not receive what was promised, and this experience has really let me down.

I have consistently had excellent experiences with the service at this restaurant—no complaints at all. The only thing worth noting is that when you enter, there's a distinct smell of chlorine. I imagine this is likely coming from the swimming facility next door, which is probably unavoidable.
