Cannot fault the food or service, lack of photos due to just enjoying our meal. The cod was amazing as for dessert, the garnish of liquorice sorbet was out of this world. I don't like liquorice or sorbet, but this was amazing. The extra birthday treat from Ascoughs was delicious. Will certainly be back! if things would taste half as good as they look they would be acceptable, unfortunately that's not the case. typical example of form over substance. meat was overcooked and everything was just too salty and just not right. for £50 per person you would expect way more. pity View all feedback.
