I absolutely adore Iron Chef for the incredible dining experience and the freshness of the food. The only area where I think they could improve is with their hostesses. They could be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. There have been instances where they seat too many people at one table, which leads to small portion sizes for the price you pay. The food was good, but the service left much to be desired. I have a shellfish allergy, so I can't eat the shrimp that comes with the meals. I mentioned to one of the staff members that another restaurant I frequent allows me to substitute the shrimp for an extra salad or soup.
